At Shiv Chakra, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We process orders quickly and accurately. Most orders are processed within 6–8 hours.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at:
📧 shivchakra.store@gmail.com - After 24 hours, the order is considered final and ready for shipment and cannot be cancelled.
CANCELLATION FEE
- If cancelled before processing or shipping, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover restocking and payment gateway charges
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled
RETURN POLICY
We love our customers and aim to keep things simple. Returns are accepted only under the conditions below.
✅ Returns Accepted Only For:
1️⃣ Wrong Item Received
If you receive a different product than ordered, contact us immediately for a replacement.
2️⃣ Damaged or Broken Product
Send clear photos or an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to:

Once verified, our courier partner will arrange pickup and a replacement will be dispatched.
⏰ Important
- Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund
PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUE
If you are not satisfied with the product quality:
- You may request a return within 24 hours of delivery
- After 24 hours, the product will not be eligible
- Customer bears all shipping and packaging costs
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ Exchange Allowed If:
- Product is damaged or broken
- Wrong product received
➡ In these cases, Shiv Chakra will bear shipping cost
🔁 Exchange for Customer Reasons:
- Didn’t like the product
- Ordered wrong item
➡ Allowed only if:
- Product is unused
- In original condition & packaging
➡ Customer must pay shipping charges
SIZE & MEASUREMENT DISCLAIMER
- Please check product size/measurements carefully before ordering
- Returns for wrong size selection are not accepted
SHIPPING & RETURN RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers are responsible for return shipping & packaging costs
- We do not accept COD returns
- Save your tracking number (we are not responsible for lost returns)
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are issued after inspection of returned product
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only
- Only product price will be refunded

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for courier delays.
If your order is not delivered within 5–7 days after shipping, contact us at:

RETURNED / REFUSED / UNCLAIMED ORDERS
- Incorrect address → Customer must repay shipping charges
- Refused/unclaimed orders → No refund
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

- Discounted items are non-refundable

INVALID REASONS FOR CANCELLATION OR REFUND
